Less Hicupp-ing.

Last year I wrote a post about a little hiccup that we had here at Disney World.  This year, I wanted to make certain that didn’t happen.  I emailed, called and went to the Guest Relations gate at the park ahead of time.  All the Cast Members we encountered were amazing.  I was handed a brand new guide for guests with disabilities and everyone bent over backwards to explain to me just what could be done to make sure our kids could ride as many rides as their height and safety would allow.   I was stunned, overwhelmed and so pleased about how hard everyone worked to make sure my kids get the very most out of the magic.  After complaining so loudly last year, I wanted to make sure I was giving credit where credit is due.

And, so far, we have been.

  1. SO excited that this trip can be so much better! So thankful that you use your voice to make things better for everyone and that you remember to be thankful when mistakes are corrected. May there be much much magic today and all the days of your trip!
